What kind of photo works best?

Faces close together, well lit, sent straight from your phone gallery. Avoid photos forwarded on WhatsApp — forwarding squeezes the quality and they print blurry.

How long will it take?

We make it in 1–2 days, then 3–5 days in transit. Order by 20 August to be certain it arrives before Raksha Bandhan.

Can I return it?

Because your rakhi has your own photo in it, we can't resell it, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. But if it arrives damaged, or we've made a mistake, we'll remake it or refund you in full.
