Each piece is cast by hand — small variations in resin and flake are natural, that's what handmade means. Personalised items can't be returned for change of mind; if anything arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 3 days and we'll remake or refund it.
🚚 Delivery & Cash on Delivery
Every rakhi is made by hand after you order — 1–2 days to craft, then a few days in transit across India. Order by 20 August to be certain it arrives before Raksha Bandhan.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your PIN code. Cash on Delivery is available across most PIN codes — we send a quick WhatsApp message to confirm every order before we begin making it.

If your rakhi arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, message us within 3 days and we'll remake it or refund you in full. Because each piece carries your own photo, we can't take change-of-mind returns — but we'll always put a genuine problem right.
📸 Which photo works best
Your picture prints at about 25 mm — the size of a thumbnail.
- Send the original from your gallery — not one forwarded on WhatsApp; forwarding squeezes the quality and it prints blurry.
- Faces close together, and well lit.
- Skip screenshots and heavy filters.

When do I add the photos?
Right after this page — in your basket. You'll see one photo slot for each rakhi you've chosen, so every rakhi can carry a different picture.
What kind of photo works best?
Faces close together, well lit, sent straight from your phone gallery. Avoid photos forwarded on WhatsApp — forwarding squeezes the quality and they print blurry.
How long will it take?
We make it in 1–2 days, then a few days in transit. Order by 20 August to be certain it arrives before Raksha Bandhan.
Can I return it?
Because your rakhi has your own photo in it, we can't resell it, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if it arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, message us within 3 days and we'll remake it or refund you in full.
